Sisterhood Yoga Retreat

Myself and two fellow yoga teachers have come together to host this retreat after meeting during a months yoga teacher training in Greece.
Not only did we form a beautiful friendship over our time there but also a shared love for yoga we would love to share at this Retreat. Including some yoga philosophy and self-care. Our wish is for you to have chance unwind and learn the benefits of yoga with a group of women, a chance to reconnect with yourself and leave every day stresses at home.
Retreat home
Our beautiful retreat home is located 1 hours drive from Barcelona city centre for which we can arrange your transfers. Can Vital is a place where you can reconnect with nature and feel stillness and peace within.
The house has been designed to provide you with a complete wellness experience and offers a variety of spaces to complement your stay including a saltwater swimming pool, sauna, gym and both indoor and outdoor chill out areas.

All activities are optional and you can choose to spend your time with us exactly as you like.
Our Yoga classes are designed for beginners with the option to advance your poses if you wish. Yoga will take place morning and evening with a different theme for each class focusing on self care and love.
